Lvcifyre are spewing cavernous blackened death metal out of London and have been at it since 2007. The brainchild of Polish maniac T. Kaos who relocated to the UK to unleash hell, they drew first blood with the Dying Light ov God EP in 2009 on Blood Harvest. Debut full-length The Calling Depths dropped in 2011 and the underground took notice fast. Svn Eater in 2014 on Dark Descent Records absolutely leveled everything in its path, then they resurfaced with the SacramentEP in 2019 to remind everyone they hadn’t gone soft. Latest full-length The Broken Seal came out in 2021 and it’s as ugly and punishing as you’d want. If Morbid Angel, Immolation, Angelcorpse and Deathspell Omega are in your regular rotation you already know you need this — pure occult death metal darkness, no filler, no mercy.
